How do you measure the heat levels of your sauces?
We use a proprietary Heat Scale ranging from 1 to 10+, often referencing Scoville Heat Units. Our 'Extreme' category features sauces made with Carolina Reapers and Ghost Peppers for seasoned chiliheads.
Do your products require refrigeration after opening?
While many of our hot sauces have high acidity and are shelf-stable, we recommend refrigerating all sauces, salsas, and condiments after opening to maintain optimal flavor and freshness.
What is your policy on broken bottles during shipping?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the broken item and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Are your products gluten-free or vegan?
The majority of our sauces are gluten-free and vegan. However, some specialty items like our wing sauces or seasonings may contain allergens. Please check the 'Ingredients' tab on each product page for specific details.
How long will it take for my spicy haul to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can I return a sauce if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team so we can make it right.
