Email our Heat Team or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return or report a damaged item.
Provide Documentation
Include your order number and, in the case of breakage during shipping, please attach a photo of the damaged bottle and packaging.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address if a physical return is required.
Processing & Refund
Once your request is approved or the returned item is received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement bottles immediately.
